2" and 3" Plastic disc filters
Filter Characteristics


  • Glass-fibre-reinforced Nylon body
  • Ring-nut closure for easy assemly/disassembly
  • 2 gauge mointing points 3/8" female (to measure the pressure and hence the level of filter cleaning)
  • PN16 1" FxF plastic ball valve provided
  • 3 types filtration: 120, 150 and 200 mesh
  • Maximum working pressure: 10 bars
  • Flow rates:
    • - for the 2" : 25 m3/h
    - for the 3" : 50 m3/h

    Disc Characteristics


  • The special disc design allows not performing filtration on the outer surface of the cartridge, but rather to utilise the entire raised sinusoidal path on the disc: filtration occurs between the discs
  • This patented system allows reaching a filtering surface area absolutely unachievable (with same dimensions) by any other "standard" disc filter.
    • - for the 2" di 10,800 cm2
    - for the 3" di 18,000 cm2
  • The filter allows very long cleaning intervals.
